Main tasks and responsibilities:

– Providing functional support for the various Salesforce CRM applications, in particular Service Cloud and Customer Community.

– Helping to manage requests (analyzing business needs, identifying solutions and estimating costs).
– Supporting the development cycle (detailed analysis of needs/requirements and functional design of solutions).

– Challenging the technical solutions proposed by the development teams.

– Checking the deliverables produced.

– Ensuring that the various test phases run smoothly and supporting deployment.

– Continuously updating the reference documentation.

– Helping efficiently manage second-line support incidents.

Profile of the ideal candidate:

Hard skills:

Education:

Ideally, at least a Master's degree or equivalent by experience.

Professional experience:

At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.

Technical skills:

– Good functional knowledge of Salesforce CRM.

– Salesforce Administrator certification is an asset.

– Working knowledge of one or more of the following Salesforce CRM modules is a strong asset: Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning (FSL) and/or Community.

– Good working knowledge of BPMN, UML and testing methodologies.

– Knowledge of Enterprise Architect and Jira is a plus.

– A keen interest in mobile technologies and the digitization of information.

– Strong interest in continuous process improvement.

Language skills:

– French and Dutch: a very good knowledge of one of these two languages and at least a good knowledge of the other, both spoken and written.

– English: at least a good knowledge of the technical language, both spoken and written.
